How does Ebb Insomnia Therapy work?

Will I see results the first time I use my Ebb Insomnia Therapy?
Ebb Insomnia Therapy is designed to facilitate the relearning of new sleep habits. Although some people will notice benefits the first night they use it, for others it will take time to experience benefits. The path to better sleep takes some time and commitment, we recommend giving the device two to four weeks to demonstrate benefits.
Should I use Ebb Insomnia Therapy every night?
You may wear Ebb every night. Wearing Ebb each night, along with healthy sleep habits, will help your body adjust to a new healthy sleep/wake rhythm.
What temperature setting should I start with?
For initial use, set your temperature control on P7. It could take up 10 minutes to reach the chosen temperature profile. You may adjust the temperature setting at any time.
Can’t I just use an ice pack?
Unlike an ice pack, the temperature is comfortable (not ice-cold), and the device cools the forehead at a precise clinically demonstrated temperature range throughout the night.
